The main goal of the program is to train the personnel of the terborean units. In particular, the document provides for the financing necessary for the further operation of territorial defense units in the region.

Among the activities of the program:.

- maintenance of equipment and weapons in a combat-ready state (repair, purchase of spare parts and fuel);.

- maintenance of personnel (equipment and repair of premises where the lessons of the terroboron units are held, provision of uniforms, personal protective equipment and food);.

- training of personnel (arrangement of facilities for conducting classes and exercises, provision of communication equipment and office equipment, transportation costs).

The planned amount of funding for the program for two years is more than 5.7 million UAH.
