According to preliminary information, a young resident of the village of Lazy, Tyachiv district, was admitted to the hospital department a week ago. The girl was diagnosed with serious cardiovascular disorders, the child suffered from pneumonia.

Physicians quickly established the cause of the disease - the child was not vaccinated against measles, the parents of the child refused to vaccinate the child for religious reasons. The patient was advised by regional doctors and medical scientists from Kiev, the child was provided with all the necessary medicines, but the girl was not able to save the child, the main symptoms were already in a neglected state.

Recall that since the beginning of the year more than 700 cases of measles have been registered in the region, more than 70% of cases are children under the age of 18.
