For the adoption of the decision, 226 deputies voted. Thus, draft law No. 7114-d to the national bank of Ukraine transfers powers to the National Bank of Ukraine to establish and maintain a credit registry, which include:.

Receiving from banks and the Deposit Guarantee Fund for individuals for the purpose of maintaining the credit registry and the implementation by the National Bank of the functions of the information on the borrowers assigned to it by law;.

provision of credit histories to banks and bureaus, certain information from the credit registry.

The document also establishes the amount of the borrower's debt to the bank, subject to the excess of which, banks get access to information from the register about the committed credit transactions with such a client.

At the same time, the Deposit Guarantee Fund for individuals is obliged to provide information for the register on credit operations of banks that are withdrawn from the market. In turn, the banks have the following responsibilities:.

on provision of information for the Credit Registry;.

notification of the client that information about him will be provided to the register and correction of information, in case of reasonable treatment of the borrower.

In turn, the borrower, for which information was transferred to the NBU registry, is given the right to access information about himself in the register and the right to request changes in such information in case of disagreement with its content.

The law also regulated the issue of the continuity of the update of information on loan agreements in the event of assignment of the right to claim on them and resolved a conflict about the right of access of the Credit Histories Bureau to state registers according to the norms of the profile legislation.

In particular, the bureau is given the right to receive information from the state register of compulsory state pension insurance based on the written consent of the person who is checking. Corresponding amendments were made to the Laws "On the National Bank of Ukraine", "On Banks and Banking Activities", "On the System of Guaranteeing Individual Deposits".

Recall, as reported URA-Inform, the NBU are confident that inflation this year will remain high, and tariffs and prices and fuel will rise.

According to the regulator, the main pressure will primarily be related to the growth of household incomes and production costs under the influence of higher wages, as well as a significant increase in pension costs. As a result, among the components of core inflation, the growth in the cost of market services is expected to be the most, as in 2017, the NBU explained..
