According to the information of the department, negotiations on the attraction of these funds are planned for the 1st quarter of 2018. It is also reported that the funds will go to construction of an autobahn and metro lines in Kiev, as well as to repair the runway at the airport Borispol.

Among the infrastructure projects that plan to finance this loan are the construction of a new concrete road "Kremenchug - Odessa - Nikolaev", a project for the construction of a metro in the district of Troeschina (Kiev), as well as the reconstruction of the runway of the international airport "Borispol".

In general, at the expense of this loan, it is planned to finance not only infrastructure projects, but also projects in other sectors.
