The program provides for planning of state budget expenditures for repayment and servicing of public debt in accordance with:.

- a schedule of payments for existing state debts at the time of drafting the state budget for 2018;.

- planned volumes of borrowings for 2018 to finance the state budget;.

- with projected interest rates and exchange rates;.

- the forecast of the amount of expenditure on public debt management.
