The state budget in January was executed with a surplus of 1.5 billion hryvnia

This is UAH 1.5 billion or 2.8% higher than planned targets. Such data on Thursday, February 1, published the State Treasury Service of Ukraine.

According to the department, compared to January last year, revenues decreased by 4.389 billion hryvnia or 7.4%.

In general, tax revenues by January-2017 decreased by UAH 1.867 billion or 5% and amounted to UAH 34.988 billion, while customs revenues increased by UAH 6.887 billion or 37.8% compared to last year's figures for this period, while relative to temporary schedule, customs payments increased by UAH 3.307 billion or 15%.

According to the State Treasury, in January of this year, 12.005 million hryvnia was paid to reimbursement of value added tax, which is 2.3 times less than in January-2017, when the amount of VAT refund amounted to UAH 27.9 million.

State Treasury also reported an increase in revenues of local budgets in the first month of this year by 3.07 billion hryvnia or 24.3% to 15.704 billion hryvnia. At the same time, this amount is 6.8% lower than the expected figures.



At the same time, the inflow of the single social contribution in January of this year increased by 4.088 billion hryvnia or 37% to 15.17 billion hryvnia by January of the previous year.

Recall, as reported URA-Inform, revenues of the state budget of Ukraine in 2017 amounted to 793.564 billion hryvnia. This is 221.6 million hryvnia, or 0.02% more than the indicators of the temporary plan. Such data on Wednesday, January 3, was published by the State Treasury Service of Ukraine.
