Crimean parliament passed a bill to change the expenditure side of the budget by 687 million rubles and an increase in the budget deficit for 2018. Deputies unanimously voted for the document proposed by the head of the republic, RIA Novosti notes. According to the speaker of the State Council, Vladimir Konstantinov, 687 million rubles are balances of own funds at the beginning of 2018.
The funds will be allocated to increase the charter capital of GUP Chernomorneftegaz (487.7 million rubles), a refund of money to investors (more than 18 million rubles), income to the road fund (181.2 million rubles) - such a proposal was made by the government of Crimea. The total budget deficit of Crimea for the current year has increased to 3.187 billion rubles. According to the Minister of Finance of Crimea Irina Kiviko, the authorities plan to cover the deficit by selling three sanatoria on the coast of the region.
