In 2017, the volume of subsidies decreased to 3.98 billion hryvnia in comparison with the same period in 2016. The official website of the statistical department says that in particular in urban settlements the total amount of subsidies was 2.8 billion hryvnia, and in rural settlements 1.1 billion hryvnia.
The average size of the assigned subsidy per household in December 2017 decreased by 27.2% compared to the same period in 2016 and amounted to UAH 993.4.
In 2017, 8.8 million households received grants for housing and communal services, which is 1.
1 million, or 14.7% more than in the same period in 2016.
Six million households received subsidies in urban areas, 2.7 million in rural areas.
In total in 2017, 8.2 million households applied for subsidies for housing and communal services, which is 10.3% more than in 2016.
Recall, as reported URA-Inform, Prime Minister of Ukraine Vladimir Groisman said that the state budget of the country were laid 14 billion hryvnia additionally - for subsidies.
