He worked all his life, but did not earn a pension? Yes, now in our country there is a. And this can happen both through the fault of the citizen himself and literally by the will of fate. To begin with, we recall that old-age pensions in Russia are of two types: insurance and social. The first is for men over 60 and women over 55. But to live to such an advanced age is not enough. To this milestone, Russians should approach with specific luggage: work experience and pension points. The score depends on the official salary of the employee, that is, on those payments from which the employer deducts insurance premiums. 12 MROT per year = 1 point, that is, the higher the salary, the more points you can earn. But there is a "ceiling": in 2018. the maximum possible to obtain 8.7, by 2021 g. this figure will grow to 10. Points are needed to protect the pensioner from the impact of inflation. The government annually sets their cost, and in the FIU it is multiplied by the number of points and this amount is added to the "base" pension. So, this year the price of one point will be 81 rubles 49 kopecks. So, to have the right to an insurance pension, you need a minimum: now it's 9 years of experience and 13.8 points. By the year 2024. the bar will rise to 15 years of insurance period and 30 points. And with the experience not all so is simple, as it seems. It's not enough to just work. The FIU should regularly receive data, where a person works and how much he earns. If the employer turns out to be unscrupulous - for example, does not transfer contributions or does not pass the data on where it should go - then a year of work, or even more - if not interested in the "insurance history" in the FIU - can "fly out" of the length of service and scoring. Problems also arise when the work record book is lost or entries in it are made incorrectly, and the enterprise has long disappeared - here too, the FIU has the right not to include the "dubious period". With self-employed citizens, too, everything is clear - if you do not take a certificate from the work in time, where you work under the contract, and do not concern yourself with payment of contributions, for the FIU this time will be a period of idleness for which no pension.

In general, to get a normal old-age pension you need to work long, get a lot and officially. Otherwise, you can only count on a social pension - since April 2018. it will average 9,045 rubles.

True, the old people in Russia can not pay less than the subsistence level for the elderly in Russia, so in each region they are even paid extra, and sometimes housewives eventually get the same amount as people who have blasted the whole life at the plant. Although there is a difference: a Russian citizen can count on a social pension only five years after the onset of a "retirement" age, that is, at the age of 65 in a man and in 60 women. And the social pension is indexed less often and less. About this, too, you need to remember.
