PrivatBank will be headed by Czech banker Petr Krumkhansl

Today the Nabsovet submitted documents to the National Bank of Ukraine for its approval. According to the press service of PrivatBank, citing the words of the chairman of the Supervisory Board, Engin Akchakoch, in the process of evaluating candidates for this position, they were guided first and foremost by such criteria as high professionalism, experience in leading European Union banks, results orientation, solid experience with operational management and implementation of monitoring tools.

According to the press service, Krumkhzl was born in the Czech Republic in 1966 and graduated from Charles University in Prague with a Ph.D. in mathematics in 1990.

From 2004 to 2008, he worked in the Czech Raiffeisenbank as an operational director, and from 2008 to 2011 worked in Ukraine in Raiffeisen Bank Aval as chief operating officer.



From 2011 to 2013 he worked for Interim Management & Consulting, from 2013 to 2016 as Chief Operating Officer in the Slovenian branch of the Austrian company Heta Asset Resolution.

The last place of work is the Chief Operating Officer in Chinese Home Credit China (May 2016 to the present).

Krumkhansl speaks English, German, Russian, Czech and Japanese.

He also enjoys aikido.

Recall, as reported URA-Inform, currently in PrivatBank acting chairman of the board is Galina Pakhachuk, after in July 2017, left Alexander Shlapak.
