This is reported by the press service of the department. So, under the list of possible declarants there are physical and legal persons - tax bearers.

The department has already decided on the criteria by which to distinguish "wealthy" Ukrainians from their less well-to-do colleagues. Under the declaration are subject to the following criteria:.

- citizens are the ultimate beneficiaries (controllers) of a large taxpayer;.

- citizens directly or indirectly own 10% or more of the authorized capital of a legal entity;.

- a citizen who is a tax resident of another state and who has declared income for the previous tax year of 10 million euros or more;.

- a citizen whose total annual taxable income for the previous tax year exceeds UAH 50 million. Those who evade or deliberately understate their incomes will be fined 10 percent of the amount of declared income.
