They will contain the name of the bank, the measures of influence applied to it and a brief description of the violations for which such measures of influence were applied.

The NBU was also reminded that the National Bank began regularly in August 2016 to inform the public of the measures applied to banks for violations of legislation in the field of financial monitoring. Previously, such data had the status of information with restricted access.

However, by the decision of the NBU Board of August 25, 2016, this stamp was withdrawn according to general information on the application of measures of influence. And since December of this year the information will become even more extensive, - the press-service.
