Conducting a normative monetary assessment of the land will be provided at the expense of the state budget.

This is stated in the law published on the eve of the Golos Ukrainy on the State Budget of Ukraine for 2018. According to the document, the State Geogeocastaster approves the technical documentation for the regulatory and monetary assessment.

At the same time, by February 1, the agency must provide the State Fiscal Service with information on the regulatory and monetary valuation of land plots that was carried out on that date. After that, the GFS will publish the information on its website.

The regulatory and monetary valuation of agricultural land in 2018 will not change, since the indexation coefficient is set at the level of unity.

Until July 15, the State Fiscal Service is to publish the normative-monetary assessment of lands approved on the next year on its official website.
