Ukraine continues to progress gradually through the reform of most institutions and this is noticed in the West. Of course, the IMF has many claims to the Ukrainian side, but this year the country managed to fulfill almost all the requirements and obligations to the fund and the European Union. In particular, judicial, pension, medical and educational reforms were adopted. Ukraine also began to gradually return the IMF loans, by December, was paid a half billion euros.
