In Europe, the average tariff level for the population is 20 cents, for 28 countries in Europe. As for tariffs for non-domestic or industrial consumers, if we consider the issue of the wholesale market price and tariffs for industry, the average level for consumers in the first class in Europe is three hryvnia 80 kopecks, which is significantly higher than in Ukraine, where the average level is up to two hryvnia.
