The HSE Institute "Development Center" has prepared a study "Comments on the state and business," which notes a serious slowdown in the growth of investments in the national economy. From January to September, investments increased by 4.2%. in comparison with the same period of the previous year.

However, in the third quarter the indicator not only did not grow, but even began to decline. Experts are sure that while the current situation shows that the country is not ready to overcome stagnation. The transition to recession is more likely.

In addition, in the near future the ruble will experience serious pressure from both the state and the private sector. However, the "sharp" changes in the exchange rate of the national currency will be avoided. Moreover, analysts expect stabilization of oil prices in the region of $ 50-60 per barrel.
