In the Kharkivvodokanal CP increased the number of telephone lines for receiving water meters from 12 to 60.
This was announced by Taras Gruschak, Director of the Sales Department of Kharkivvodokanal.
"The number of calls to the call center of the enterprise has increased significantly. In connection with this, the company's management decided to increase the number of lines of the multi-channel answering machine, to which subscribers can transmit the readings of water meters, from 12 telephone lines to 60. As of today, 60 subscribers can simultaneously keep the water meters on the answering machine at (057) 707-58-51. After the transfer of the testimony, remaining on the line for about 5-10 seconds, the subscriber can listen to the recording that was made, "- said Taras Gruschak.
According to him, the most effective way of transmitting the readings of water meters is to transmit the testimony through the "personal cabinet" on the official website of KP "Kharkivvodokanal". The data entered into it for a few minutes are integrated into the electronic charging base, and the subscriber receives receipts with correctly calculated amounts.
The enterprise was reminded that after making amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 633, subscribers who did not transmit water meter readings until the 20th of the current month automatically receive accruals according to the water consumption rate.
To date, there are several different ways of transferring the readings of water meters to the Kharkivvodokanal CP: a personal cabinet on the official site of the enterprise, a 24-hour telephone for receiving water meters (057) 707-58-51, a multi-channel telephone from the enterprise's call center (057 ) 707-57-57, special number "Viber" (050) 355-12-12 (intended only for receiving readings in the SMS message format) and indicating the amount of water consumed in the receipts for payment.
