As stated on the website of the Ukrainian parliament, the speaker signed the draft law and handed it over to the head of state for signature. According to the explanatory note to the bill, before the introduction of agricultural land in Ukraine, it is first necessary to develop and adopt a legislative framework for the formation of a developed network of farms and agricultural cooperatives.

The authors of the document believe that the extension of the moratorium will remove the social tension that has arisen in society against the backdrop of political speculation on this issue and will provide some time for the development of a mechanism for introducing a transparent market of agricultural land.

Recall, December 7, the Verkhovna Rada extended the moratorium on the sale of agricultural land before January 1, 2019, adopting as a basis and in general the relevant changes to the Land Code.

As reported by URA-Inform, Parubiy on Friday morning, December 22, signed the Budget-2018. As it is said on the website of the parliament on the page of bill No. 7000 "On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2018", the document was handed over for signature to the President of Ukraine.
