EU extended economic sanctions against Russia

The European Union (EU) has extended economic sanctions against the Russian Federation (RF). This is reported by the Brussels correspondent of Radio Liberty Ricard Jozwiak via Twitter. According to his report - the economic sanctions of the European Union against Russia are again extended for another six months.

It should be noted that on the eve he said that the work on extending the EU sanctions in the sphere of economy in relation to the Russian Federation was planned to be completed before December 21. It was also previously reported that the leaders of the European Union for the first time without controversy supported the extension of sanctions against Russia.

As reported URA-Inform, Ukraine and Lithuania agreed on the preservation of sanctions against Russia.
