The event will be held today, on December 18, the applications of all participants are accepted until the first half of the day. The majority of auction participants are Ukrainian banks that will fight for the right to seize the sum of 100 thousand American dollars. Previously, the NBU obliged entrepreneurs to transfer half of the amount of foreign currency earnings to the hryvnia. This instrument of currency regulation remains effective for stabilization of the national market of foreign currency.

This decision was taken on December 14, 2017 and will last until June 2018.

As reported in the "URA-Inform", today the euro in the exchangers crossed the line for 33 hryvnia, and the dollar exceeded the limit of 28 hryvnia.
