However, later the parties managed to come to an agreement, under the terms of which OOO "Phasis" pledged to pay $ 41.6 million until December 13, 2017. In the event of failure to comply with the agreement, the company was facing a fine of $ 2.3 million.
At the same time, representatives of Khotin insist that the plaintiff had no grounds for demanding early repayment of debts in court, since all credit obligations to Alfa-Bank were performed in good faith and on time.
