Sverdlovsk authorities at today's meeting of the government approved the acquisition in the treasury of the region shares of the "Titanium Valley", KRSU and Sverdlovsk Agency for Housing Mortgage Lending (AHML), the press service of the regional government.

129.5 thousand ordinary shares of "Titanium Valley" will be bought for 129.5 million rubles. This money will go to develop the infrastructure of the SEZ. Shares of KRSU (182,064 thousand) were more expensive - 152 million rubles. These funds are required to preserve the production of porcelain at the plant in Sysert.

SAIZHK will receive 200 million rubles (for this amount, 200 million common shares were purchased) to solve the problem of defrauded real estate investors in Optimist in Pervouralsk. The construction of a house in which apartments were bought mainly by state employees and pensioners began in the summer of 2015. But the developer's funds are over, and the construction has risen.

The governor of the Sverdlovsk region, Evgeny Kuyvashev, took the unfinished situation under personal control and it was decided that the construction would be completed by SAIZHK.
