According to the Government Decree "On Amendments to the State Targeted Defense Program for the Construction of Corvette-class Vessels for Project 58250" No. 879 of November 22, next year, it is planned to resume financing the construction of a Corvette-class ship of Project 58250, the Main Ukrainian Military Portal.

In particular, for the next year, funding is planned at UAH 1,361.7 million, the total estimate until 2028 is UAH 31,926.52 million. For these funds, the program provides for the financing of the construction of four ships of the Corvette class of Project 58250.

The first ship should be transferred to the Naval Forces of Ukraine as early as 2022. It is planned to allocate 857 650 000 UAH for the next year. The second ship of project 58250 of the Ukrainian Navy will be received in 2024, the third and fourth in 2026 and 2028 respectively.

The production of these ships provides for the use of foreign naval armament and technical means that are not produced in Ukraine.

The total cost of the main ship is estimated at 3618.62 million hryvnia, which in terms of the current rate is 134.71 million US dollars. It should be taken into account that part of the work on this corvette was completed before 2014. As of now, its readiness is estimated at 17%, of which work on the corps - by 80%.
