So, only for January-September, more than 137 thousand tons of chocolate were produced, which is three percent more than in 2016. It is noteworthy that the production of sugar confectionery sugar was also increased in nine months - up to 150 thousand tons, which is two and a half percent less than in the previous year.

The cocoa pot and sweet products were made 20 percent more and amounted to 17.6 thousand tons more from the total quantity of the produced sweet product. Staran intends not to reduce the pace, but on the contrary even to increase production and take precedence in European markets.
