Thus, the Cabinet of Ministers decided to approve a loan of 160 million euros from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. Such a decision was adopted recently even without discussion - on November 8 - within the framework of the meeting of the Ukrainian government. Moreover - the Cabinet also approved and attracting a loan from the European Investment Bank for a similar amount, which will be used to expand the metro network in Kharkov.
