Ukraine needs a new law on privatization, - Kubiv

This was reported by Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Economic Development and Trade Stepan Kubiv.

The Minister believes that today in Ukraine too complicated legislation that blocks the processes of effective privatization. In reality, a private owner in the market will function better and quality than state-owned enterprises.



New legislation will become a catalyst for attracting new investments to Ukraine. Bill No. 7066 has already been included in the provisional agenda of the parliament for the plenary meeting, which will be held on November 9. The goal of the project is to create better mechanisms for determining the selling price.

As reported in URA-Inform, former Vice Prime Minister - Minister of Economic Development and Trade Stepan Kubiv said that Ukraine has signed two deals with the European Union for a total of about 90 million euros.
