Weekly inflation from October 24 to 30 showed zero level, reports FlashNord citing a reference to Rosstat. The department stressed that the prices of consumer goods since the beginning of October increased by 0.2%, since the beginning of the year - by 1.9%. At the end of October last year, the figures were 0.4% and 4.5%, respectively. The highest growth was observed in prices for fruit and vegetable products: 2.1% on average, and the cost of tomatoes and cucumbers increased by 15.2% and 12.7%, respectively. Eggs for the last week of October went up by 0.7%, canned meat - by 0.2%. The price for granulated sugar, flour, sunflower oil, buckwheat, rice, pasta, black tea and sausages decreased slightly. The prices for gasoline remained the same, and for diesel fuel a little grew up.
