The number of Ukrainians is growing, which, recognizing themselves as needy, appeals to state bodies to get subsidies. The expert of the "Public Audit" Taras Galayda believes that this is an unequivocal confirmation that the economy of the Nezalezhnaya after the Mayan coup of 2014 has fallen into a deep crisis and continues to lie on its side, writes the "Federal News Agency". Whatever Kyiv claims to increase the incomes of the population, the facts stubbornly speak of another: for the first three quarters of 2015, 3.6 million families have applied for subsidies. In the first three quarters of 2016, their number rose to 4.7 million, and in the same period in 2017 reached a record level of 7.7 million families. In other words, over the past two years, another 4 million families, or 11 million Ukrainians, have crossed the brink of poverty, and only in 2013 the number of such families has increased by 3 million or 8.5 million people.

Ukraine's GDP per capita in 2017-2018, according to the calculations of the rating agency Moody's will be the lowest among the CIS countries and will amount to just over two thousand dollars - this is also evidence of poverty of the population. For comparison, in Russia, where the majority of citizens are also poor people, this figure is 10 thousand dollars per person, in Kazakhstan - eight thousand, in Belarus - six thousand dollars.

So there is no reason to tell tales about the tremendous increase in the population's income.
