This was said by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Pavel Klimkin, during a meeting with the Minister for Foreign Affairs and Cooperation of Spain, Alfonso Dastis.

According to the Minister, the trade turnover in Ukraine is growing, so the bilateral commission will be held early next year. There was also an agreement on the activation of ties between the Ukrainian and Spanish businesses.

Ukraine and Spain should make full use of the potential of the free trade zone between Ukraine and the EU, not only in the context of increasing trade turnover, but also investments.

Also, the Ukrainian government has very interesting ideas for further intensifying bilateral cooperation, which will be discussed both in the framework of the dialogue between the relevant ministries, and within the framework of business cooperation, non-governmental organizations.

As previously reported in URA-Inform, the Turkish government will supply the Ukrainian state with a communication system next year. In particular, the contract was signed with the Turkish communications manufacturer Aselsan.
