The average dollar exchange rate at the level of 29.3 hryvnas, laid down in the draft budget for 2018, is purely technical. This was on Tuesday, September 26, in an interview with Ukrinform, Prime Minister of Ukraine Vladimir Groisman.

According to him, this is purely a technical figure, such calculations were provided by the National Bank. I do not see objective reasons for the dollar to grow by the end of next year, "the head of government explained, adding that everything will depend on the pace of reforms and economic growth.

At the same time, Groisman noted that if the parliament passes the necessary laws that will speed up the development of the economy, stability will be ensured. Therefore, to say that the dollar will be 30 hryvnia now there are no grounds, - said the Prime Minister.

Recall, the draft state budget for 2018 is based on the forecast rate of 30.1 hryvnia per dollar at the end of 2018.

At the same time, as reported by URA-Inform, Grojsman is sure that Ukraine will receive economic growth for the next three years.
