Modern machine-building enterprise PrJSC "Kalinovsky Machine-Building Plant" successfully introduced the latest high-performance EvaSys® vacuum-evaporating film-type evaporators with mechanical vapor compression. The units are designed for thickening whole and skim milk, whey, juices and other liquids. In 2017 two installations for leading milk processing enterprises of Ukraine were manufactured, assembled and put into operation. One is used on skim milk, the second - on milk whey. The equipment works in an automatic mode with the function of remote control.

Experience in operating systems has shown that the technical re-equipment of evaporator branches processing plants capacity 10 000 kg of evaporated water per hour can save more than 50,000 cubic meters of natural gas per month and get a better quality final product.
