According to the schedule of September 22, the draft budget will be presented at the plenary session. At the same time, no later than October 1, deputies and committees plan to consider the draft law, formulate proposals to the bill and forward them to the budget committee.

Then in early October, the committee should consider the proposals of deputies, the conclusions of the Accounting Chamber and prepare a table of proposals of subjects of the right of legislative initiative.

Approval of the bill in the first reading should be held on October 19-20, and before November 2, the Cabinet of Ministers with the participation of authorized representatives of the Budget Committee should prepare for the second reading the corresponding draft law. At the same time, submit the draft prepared for the second reading to the government no later than November 3.

The Budget Committee on November 6-15 should consider the draft law prepared for the second reading. The schedule also stipulates that consideration and adoption of the draft state budget in the second reading should take place on November 16-17.

After this, on November 18-25, the committee must prepare for the third reading a bill. In general, the law is scheduled to be adopted in plenary meeting no later than December 1.

Recall, as reported URA-Inform, September 15, the Cabinet approved the draft state budget for 2018 and passed it to the Verkhovna Rada.

Today, Prime Minister Vladimir Groisman said that the Cabinet is ready for dialogue on key aspects of the state budget for the next year.
