According to Groisman - spending on culture in the State Budget-2018 will have to increase by 900 million hryvnia. In particular, commemoration of the activists of the Revolution of Dignity will cost 51.3 million hryvnias, for Natzmusey "Memorial of Victims of Holodomor" will provide 200 million hryvnia, for the development of cinematography - 500 million hryvnia.
