One of the main factors of attractiveness for developers was that the authorities consider the annexed territories "as a new location with attractive transport accessibility," said Stanislav Kiselev, general director of the group of companies "Kortros". "Now, I believe, the further movement of the real estate market in New Moscow will depend on how successfully both the government and business will move along the planned path of development of both the transport infrastructure and the creation of new jobs," he said..

In Kiselev's opinion, the popularity of the new Moscow from buyers is influenced more by two factors: the Moscow residence permit and the existing transport infrastructure with its dynamics of development. True, while New Moscow lags behind Moscow suburbs in terms of providing suburban rail transport, but it soon compensates for the implementation of the program for the development of the metro. "The dynamics that exist in the development of transport infrastructure, gives additional attractiveness and demand to housing facilities," - said the general director of "Cortros".

New Moscow is attractive and its housing prices. Of course, they are higher than similar proposals in the region, but they are quite competitive. Especially considering the two above mentioned key factors. "If we talk about the average price of housing - this figure, however, is not very correct - then according to New Moscow it is about 100 thousand rubles per square meter, in the Moscow region - 80 thousand," said Stanislav Kiselev. - That is, a difference of about 20%.

One of the advantages of New Moscow for developers is that they can engage in integrated development of the territory. In his framework, the general director of "Cortros" said, an additional apartment in the new building is actually supplemented by additional areas of the social environment. "We have successfully implemented a new project in Primorsky Park in Shcherbinka with all the social infrastructure in Novaya Moscow," he told about the experience of building new metropolitan areas. "This is our first project in New Moscow".

According to the estimates of the Moscow authorities, the amount of investment in the development of New Moscow until 2035 can reach up to eight trillion rubles. At the same time, the active growth of not only the volumes of housing construction, but also the objects of social, transport infrastructure. In the plans for these years - the construction of 70 kilometers and more than two dozen subway stations, the creation of 24 transport and transfer junction, laying 178 kilometers of tram tracks. In parallel, 125 health facilities, 110 schools and about 300 kindergartens will be built.
