This will depend on the amount of funding the Fund and other international organizations, as well as on the government's foreign currency borrowing in the domestic and foreign markets. Such a forecast on Wednesday, September 6, made the chief economist of the investment company Dragon Capital Elena Belan.

She also noted that, given Ukraine's slow fulfillment of the obligations required to receive the fifth tranche, the provision of $ 1.9 billion is likely to be delayed.

This will entail a delay in budgetary financing from other international organizations, which the company estimates may amount to about one billion dollars, the expert explained, adding that this will not prevent the Ministry of Finance from entering the Eurobond market with the debut issue of sovereign bonds from the moment of restructuring in 2015, and also offer investors the exchange of short sovereign Eurobonds for longer.

At the same time, according to Belan, the amount of cash that will be transferred to Ukraine's gold and foreign exchange reserves may be less than the estimated $ 1.5 billion.

Recall, as reported URA-Inform, Finance Minister Alexander Danilyuk hopes that the sixth IMF cooperation program will be fully implemented and will be the last.
