At the same time, the head of government assured that this became possible due to the reform of financial decentralization and support of local self-government. According to the Prime Minister, last year 7.2 billion hryvnias were allocated for preparation for the heating season.

Recall, as reported URA-Inform, Prime Minister of Ukraine Vladimir Groysman is confident that the heat in Ukrainian homes will begin to appear no later than October. According to Groisman, all cities and regions will be ready to receive heat in October.
