In the next two months, the income and purchasing power of the Urals residents should grow by 3%. Favorable forecast was made by the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.

The largest increase in income experts predict in Krasnodar (4.8%) and Primorsky Territory (4.6%), followed by the Khabarovsk Territory (3.6%). Sverdlovsk Region is on the 4th place with 3% growth. At the same time, on average in Russia, the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation estimates growth of 1.7%. Negative dynamics and falling incomes by 0.1% or more are observed in Pskov, Leningrad, Kurgan, Rostov Voronezh regions, Kabardino-Balkaria, Chechen, Chuvash republics. The greatest drop is observed in the Crimean Republic -2%.

"Short" index of the Financial University in August for regions with a population of more than 500 thousand. people.

It should be noted that forecasts about the increase in consumer activity and real wages, made by the Financial University in recent months, were justified. Experts saw growth in both indicators. Calculations showed that in the next couple of months the dynamics of real wages in Russia may slow down, but it will remain in the positive zone - wage growth will continue. With a fairly high probability, it can be argued that it will last long enough - over the next year.
