Money will come in time this year. On Tuesday, August 22, in an interview with UBR, the deputy head of the bank, Oleg Churiy. According to him, Ukraine will receive the promised three billion dollars of macro-financial assistance before the end of the year.

However, Ukraine must fulfill its obligations, - he recalled, adding that everything depends on the successful fulfillment of the commitments undertaken.

First of all, this concerns land and pension reforms, anti-corruption program and privatization, "Churiy explained..

At the same time, he noted that in case of delay in transferring tranches, this will not have a significant impact on the economy this year because the reserves of the NBU are at a high level, and they are replenished not only by new debt borrowings, but also by repurchasing the surplus currency on the interbank market.

He also assured that since the beginning of the year the Central Bank purchased $ 1.6 billion, and also expressed the opinion that, despite the current trends in the increased supply of currency, it will still be impossible to completely avoid the financing from the IMF.

Recall, as reported URA-Inform, August 3, Ukraine paid the International Monetary Fund $ 450 million for the stand by program.
