According to the government, incomes should be taken into account not for four, but for the two previous quarters. The Cabinet also intends to prohibit the appointment of subsidies simultaneously at the place of registration and the place of actual residence.

As it was said in the draft of the governmental decision, in particular, when assigning the subsidy in May, revenues for the third and fourth quarters of the previous year should be taken into account, and when assigning the subsidy in October - the first and second quarters of this year.

This draft decision is planned to be considered at a meeting on Friday, August 18.

The government also intends to determine that a subsidy for premises where incompetent persons are registered, who are guardianship over, is appointed at the request of the guardian.

It is also planned that the subsidy will not be allocated for the next period if there is a two-month debt for utility services in the amount of more than 20 non-taxable incomes of citizens.

In the case of death of the person to whom the grant was granted, the amount of compensation for the unused portion of the grant is paid to one of the members of the household, taking into account which this subsidy was allocated.

Recall, as reported URA-Inform, the Minister of Social Policy, Andrei Reva, said that today in Ukraine, housing subsidies receive five million 429 thousand families.
