Jordan lifted the ban on the import of Ukrainian chicken

This was reported by the State Service for Food Safety and Consumer Protection, which received information from the Embassy of Ukraine in Jordan.

"The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan has lifted restrictions on the import of chicken and domestic animals from Ukraine, which was previously introduced in connection with the registration of cases of highly pathogenic chicken flu," the service said..



Earlier, four countries have already allowed the import of Ukrainian poultry, these are the countries of the European Union, Iraq, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.

From November 30 to February 15, Ukraine recorded 9 cases of avian influenza. Later they were not seen.

Recall, as reported URA-Inform, Iraq lifted the ban on the export of Ukrainian poultry. The authorities of Iraq lifted the ban on the importation of poultry from Ukraine, which was introduced because of the outbreak of avian influenza.
