The arrest of property of Gazprom in favor of Ukraine will begin in autumn. At least, it counts on the head of the Ukrainian Antimonopoly Committee Pavel Petrenko. He admits that it will not be possible to obtain fines from Russia. Therefore, the hopes of the Nezalezhnaya imposes on other states.

Get $ 6 billion from Gazprom - and so much in recalculation from the hryvnia counted Ukrainian judicial authorities of the Russian company for "abuse of monopoly position in the gas transit market" - Kiev intends with the help of foreign friends. To this end, the procedure for the seizure of Gazprom's property in third countries will be initiated this fall, Petrenko said in an interview with the Ukrainian edition of Obozrevatel.

In which, official, did not say that Moscow could not disrupt these plans by "political manipulation". However, he noted that these are not only European states. First of all, the view of Kiev will be directed to the place where Gazprom has joint assets with other legal entities. As foreign companies must take a responsible approach to the decision of the Ukrainian court, Petrenko is sure.

Earlier, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine managed to collect 80 million hryvnia from Gazprom and seize shares worth 33 million hryvnia. In Kiev recognized that this is the maximum that could be pulled from the property of a Russian company located in the legal field of Ukraine.

Attempts by Gazprom to appeal against the actions of the Ukrainian side were rejected at the Nezalezhnaya.

Relations between Gazprom and Naftogaz are already considering Stockholm Arbitration.
