Former Finance Minister of Russia, Chairman of the Council of the Center for Strategic Research Foundation Alexey Kudrin announced at INNOPROM the state program "Digital Economy", calculated until 2024. According to Kudrin, already today the project is in a high degree of readiness.

The program envisages the creation of at least 10 platforms in the Russian industrial sector. That is, it proposes to digitize the infrastructure for which the state is responsible. In particular, we are talking about such areas as housing and communal services, transport, trade, agriculture.

"If the project is fully implemented, the state will receive 5-7 trillion rubles of additional revenue," Kudrin noted during INNOPROM. - Without digitalization of state administration, it will be difficult for us to promote the digital economy. How to solve problems, if the business discusses the issues with one click of a mouse, and the state structures "freeze" the decision-making, for example, issuing the necessary documentation? ".

According to Kudrin, public services should be implemented by the very click of the mouse.

For example, instead of obtaining a building permit or connecting to heating for more than a hundred days, the operation to provide the service should take hours, and maybe even seconds.

"The tax should go to paperless reporting," adds Kudrin. - Data exchange must occur automatically ».

The former minister also emphasizes that digitalization should not be subject to the final list of standards. They must change in the development of the world of technology.
