SC continues to investigate the criminal case on the fact of non-payment of wages to employees of the Nizhny Tagil Heat Insulation Plant. The total amount of debt that accumulated during the period from April 2016 to January 2017 is more than 13 million rubles. As part of the investigation, two more criminal cases were initiated this time under the article "Fraud" and "Hiding money".

As reported in the SS of the SK of Russia for the Sverdlovsk region, in the case of the victims were recognized more than 170 people from among the employees of the enterprise. Appointed and conducted judicial accounting examination. As suspects in this case, two persons were questioned - this is the director of the enterprise and one of its founders.

"During the investigation of the criminal case of non-payment of wages, two additional crimes were identified in the actions of the management and founders of this enterprise. In this connection, a criminal case was initiated on the article "concealing the funds of the organization, due to which the collection of taxes should be effected". According to the investigation, the amount of hidden funds, according to available data, amounted to about 4 million rubles.

In addition, the bodies of the regional TFR initiated a third criminal case under the article "fraud", in connection with the theft of funds of the company in the amount of about 4 million rubles.

All three of these criminal cases are combined into one proceeding, the investigation is conducted by a group of investigators from a regional SC. At the initiative of the Investigation Department, officers of the bailiff service on the property of the enterprise were seized within the framework of the existing enforcement proceedings.
