The Sverdlovsk Ministry of Finance offers deputies to the zakso seriously - by 8.9 billion rubles - to increase the forecast for revenues of the regional budget for 2017. Accordingly, the same will increase the cost of the region. Of these, 586.5 million rubles are expenses due to targeted intergovernmental transfers from the federal budget.

According to the regional finance minister Galina Kulachenko, after adjustments, budget revenues will amount to 203.9 billion rubles, expenses - 217.6 billion rubles. At the same time, the deficit remains at the same level - 13.6 billion rubles.

It is proposed to increase the forecast for income tax by 4.8 billion rubles. Forecast for income tax for individuals - 1.6 billion rubles.

Revenues from the use of property in the state property of the region will increase by 150.8 million rubles.

Volumes of the Road Fund will increase by 798 million rubles, 450 million rubles will be directed to local budgets for the resettlement of citizens from dilapidated and emergency housing. Another 50 million will be used to provide housing for orphans.

Significantly increase the cost of culture. Ministry of Culture will receive from the regional budget 841.4 million rubles. Including subsidies to municipalities - 138.7 million, for capital repairs of cultural buildings - 100 million. Also, the budget will be used to repair the circus and install the Mask of Grief.

The Ministry of Education will receive 822 million rubles for the provision of wages and current maintenance of state educational organizations.

In addition, about 260 million rubles will be spent on the reconstruction of training grounds and installation of structures within the framework of the 2018 World Cup from the federal budget.

Deputy Alexander Ivachev asked Galina Kulachenko what they plan to spend 200 million rubles, which the budget invests in Oblkommunenergo.

"There is a possibility that these funds will be spent not for the intended purpose. There are rumors that the money will go to the pre-election campaign of a candidate for governors, a loyal company, "Ivachev said..

Minister Kulachenko said that the funds allocated for the preparation for the heating season and are held as investments that will increase the Oblkommunenergo's share in the region.

After a discussion by a majority of votes, the deputies adopted budget adjustments.
