In Russia, the number of unemployed decreased, the official website of the Ministry of Labor of Russia. Thus, from June 7 to June 14, 2017, the number of citizens registered with employment service bodies fell by 0.2 percent to 837,053. For the same period last year, the total number of unemployed was 1,000 713 people.

The decrease in the number of unemployed was recorded in 49 regions. The leaders - Sevastopol, Chukotka Autonomous District, the Republic of Crimea, Kaliningrad, Tambov Tula, Orel, Kurgan regions, the Jewish Autonomous Region, Khabarovsk Territory.

In 26 regions there was an increase in the number of unemployed. Leaders - the Trans-Baikal Territory, the Nenets Autonomous District, the Republic of Buryatia, the Vologda and Arkhangelsk Regions.

The unemployment rate has not changed in the republics of North Ossetia - Alania, Adygea, Dagestan, Ingushetia, Karachay-Cherkess Republic, Tver, Saratov, Kemerovo and Ryazan regions, Perm Krai.

Judging by the fact that the Sverdlovsk region did not fall into any of the categories, the unemployment situation in the region is stable and not the worst.

As of June 14, 2017, the employment service received 1.6 million vacancies from employers.
