At the moment, 97% of residential properties are reserved at prices ranging from € 94 per night in a one-bedroom apartment to € 293 in case the number of bedrooms is four or more, according to Espanarusa.

The highest demand for tourists is used by tourist apartments - they plan to accommodate 66% of city guests, while the second place in the list of preferences is occupied by private houses (15%).

In the central part of the Spanish capital, 2% of leasing apartments are still free, but they are also likely to be booked as soon as possible.

It is expected that on the World Pride Madrid 2017, which will be held on July 1, will come about 500 thousand people, and thus the population of the city within a few days will increase by more than 10%. The event, which its organizers call "the world's largest manifestation of the LGBT community," will involve more than two million people and 52 platforms that will travel through a specially enclosed corridor between the Atocha and Colon squares.
