It simplifies the procedure for obtaining permits in construction. At the same time, the document should help improve Ukraine's position in the Doing Business ranking in the indicator "Obtaining building permits", and it can also become an effective tool for preventing corruption in the industry.

As the Deputy Minister of Regional Development, Construction and Housing and Communal Services Lev Partskhaladze explained, the document abolishes approaches to obtaining permits in accordance with the category of complexity of construction sites and improves the procedure for issuing permits, including in electronic form. This is an important step in the deregulation of the industry, "he said, adding that the law will help reduce corruption risks and become an instrument to combat illegal buildings.
