The Sverdlovsk Legislative Assembly will consider the transfer of a non-residential premises in the Cheka City Township, located at Lenin's address, 69 (building 10), under the jurisdiction of the regional MUGISO. The issue will be discussed on June 6 in the CCRA. A report at the next meeting will be made by the Deputy Governor, and. Minister for State Property Management Sergey Zyryanov.

Recall, previously a total area of ??728.2 square meters in Gorodok chekists was decided to transfer ownership of the Sverdlovsk region. The Regional Ministry for State Property Management complained to the court that the Federal Agency for State Property Management does not perform the duties of transferring the disputed premises. The agency explained its refusal by the fact that the object belongs to the FGBUC "AUIPIK". In addition, there is no agreement of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation on the alienation of property and its transfer to the Sverdlovsk region.

The court pointed out that there was no legal significance for the existence of these circumstances for the performance of the obligation to transfer the premises.
