Between the "atomic" cities of the Sverdlovsk region will be allocated 900 million rubles. A relevant resolution was adopted today at a meeting of the regional government, which was held under the leadership of the incumbent governor Evgeny Kuyvashev.
As the vice-governor - the Minister of Finance of the Sverdlovsk region Galina Kulachenko reported, the adopted document will allow to distribute between municipal entities 900 million rubles provided for by the law on the regional budget in the form of other interbudgetary transfers. The distribution will be made at 300 million rubles between the urban districts of Zarechny, Novouralsk and Lesnoy, in the territories of which the nuclear plants are located.
The funds will allow to continue in 2017 the implementation of the cooperation agreement between the State Corporation Rosatom and the government of the Sverdlovsk region.
Recall that in 2011 the regional government concluded the basic cooperation agreement with Rosatom.
It provides for the development of the nuclear industry in the Sverdlovsk region, the implementation of investment programs of the state corporation, which directly affects the improvement of the social and economic situation of municipalities, the creation of new jobs, the development of infrastructure. An additional agreement to the previously reached agreements on cooperation at the end of last year was signed by Evgeny Kuyvashev and Sergey Kirienko (at that time - the general director of Rosatom, and now - the first deputy head of the presidential administration). This allowed to attract additional budgetary investments in these municipalities.
