Mayor of Sredneuralsk Vladislav Kozlov at a meeting of the local Duma promised to repair 0.2% of roads per year. Deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Sverdlovsk Region Dmitry Ionin immediately estimated that in order to repair more than 60% of the roadway that does not meet the standards of coverage, 308 years will be required. At the same time, the people's deputy noted, it is not only about roads in the private sector, but also about the central streets.

"The administration promised to repair 0.2% of the roadway per year - such figures appear in the report on the work of Vladislav Kozlov. If you count, it turns out that at this rate of work, all the city roads will be put in order in only three centuries! ", - said Dmitry Ionin.

The deputy emphasized that in Sredneuralsk the roads were "killed" by pits. According to him, the size of some potholes exceeds the permissible norms by 166 times. Dmitry Ionin has already sent his deputy inquiries to the Sverdlovsk region prosecutor and the head of the regional traffic police.

"We will seek instructions and, possibly, judicial decisions, so that the officials of Sredneuralsk will finally become more active and find funding in their budget, and also turn to the regional authorities for help," said Ionin.
